Taught by: Oneika Mays (E-RYT, LMT), who serves as your guide and sets the stage by leading the workshop and offering optional assists that allow you to deeply explore your practice. Oneika is certified in Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Cancer and Trauma Informed Yoga.
